Home or yard visits
For home or yard visits we require you to:
– provide access to legal parking to enable us to perform the service, we cannot be held responsible for delays if legal parking is not available
– provide a safe environment for us to work and ensure that the animal is not a threat or causes harm to us.
Unacceptable behaviour
We will not tolerate violence (verbal or physical) or aggression towards our employees or any animal. If this occurs we have the right to terminate the consultation without refund.
Telephony
We are not responsible for delays due to telephony failures including phones, internet availability or email failure.
